SAP System Analyst

Position: SAP System Analyst

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $92 Per hour

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP system related issues and inquiries from end-users
• Analyze user requirements and provide technical solutions using SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, and SD
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design system enhancements
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and bugs
• Provide guidance and support to end-users on system navigation, functionality, and best practices
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop and maintain system documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials
• Stay current with SAP updates, releases, and new functionalities to provide recommendations for system optimization
• Lead and participate in system upgrade and implementation projects
• Train new users and conduct refresher training for existing users
• Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP systems
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, and SD
• Experience with system configuration, customization, and enhancement
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
• Experience with system upgrades and implementations is a plus
• SAP certification is a plus
