Salary: $171000 - $208000

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Android applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new features and enhancements to our existing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions.
• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve the overall quality and performance of our applications.
• Actively participate in the planning, scoping, and estimation of development tasks.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Android app development.
• Extensive knowledge of Java and Android SDK.
• Proficiency in at least one other programming language such as Kotlin, Swift, or C++.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and data structures.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Active participation in open-source projects or contributions to the developer community.
