Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse systems and processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs

Create and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions

Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading

Monitor and troubleshoot data warehouse performance, identifying and addressing issues as needed

Implement data security and data quality protocols to ensure data integrity and confidentiality

Develop and maintain documentation for data warehouse systems and processes

Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data warehousing and analytics

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and data modeling

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL

Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or Talend

Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies, including dimensional modeling and data mart development

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in a senior or lead role is preferred

Any certifications in data warehousing or data management will be considered a plus.
