Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Risk Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior IT Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks to our organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of our organization's IT systems, identifying potential vulnerabilities and threats
• Develop risk management plans and strategies to mitigate identified risks
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to implement risk management plans and ensure compliance with risk management policies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay updated on emerging technology risks and trends, and make recommendations for proactive risk mitigation measures
• Lead and manage a team of IT risk professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of risk management initiatives
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of our organization's IT systems to identify any potential risks or vulnerabilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment of risk management strategies with organizational goals and objectives
• Act as a subject matter expert on IT risk management, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT risk management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of IT risk management frameworks and methodologies
• Experience with conducting risk assessments and developing risk management plans and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CRISC, CISM, CISSP) are highly desirable
