Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Conduct thorough feasibility studies and market analysis to identify potential project opportunities.
Collaborate with the design team to create project plans, including site layouts, building designs, and construction schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality construction.
Oversee the procurement process, including bidding, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
