Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP Program Manager to join our team. As the SAP Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's SAP program. This includes leading a team of SAP professionals, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful implementation and maintenance of SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP and project management methodologies, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of our company's SAP program, including implementing and maintaining various SAP systems.
• Lead a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all SAP initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of SAP projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and key business leaders to ensure alignment of SAP initiatives with business goals.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to communicate project updates and gather feedback.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management regarding the overall health and progress of the SAP program.
• Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for SAP project management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of SAP technologies, including ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP implementations and upgrades.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• SAP certification is a plus.
