Job Title: Servicenow Architect

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $228000 - $256000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Servicenow Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Servicenow Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing the Servicenow platform to meet the business needs of our organization. You will be responsible for understanding complex business processes and translating them into efficient and effective solutions within the Servicenow platform. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Servicenow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Servicenow solutions to meet business requirements, including but not limited to IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Business Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the development and implementation of custom applications, integrations, workflows, and automation within the Servicenow platform.
• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the Servicenow platform by implementing best practices and standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Servicenow development and architecture.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Servicenow releases, features, and enhancements, and make recommendations for their implementation within the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Servicenow platform.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration of their solutions with Servicenow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Servicenow development, architecture, and implementation.
• Servicenow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required. Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and frameworks such as ITIL.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing custom applications, integrations, and workflows within the Servicenow platform.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Servicenow.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
