Salary: $228000 - $256000

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Servicenow Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions using the Servicenow platform. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop innovative solutions that optimize their use of Servicenow. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based solutions using Servicenow.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines.
• Develop technical documentation, including design documents, deployment guides, and process flows.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and assist with their professional development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Servicenow and cloud technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new cloud-based tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on Servicenow.
• Servicenow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications are required.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Proven experience in delivering complex technical solutions within specified timelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members is preferred.
