Salary: $171000 - $208000

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EBS Developer to join our dynamic team. As an EBS Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise business systems (EBS). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS, with expertise in modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Order Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain EBS applications and integrations, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather and document system requirements, and provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of EBS solutions.
• Develop technical design specifications, data models, and test plans for EBS implementations and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EBS applications, interfaces, and reports.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.
• Work closely with the DBA team to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Provide support and guidance to junior developers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EBS development, with a strong understanding of EBS architecture and modules.
• Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Experience with EBS customizations, extensions, and integrations using APIs, Web Services, and SOA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Oracle EBS certification is a plus.
