Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy applications on the IBM Cloud Pak for Data platform
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and maintain data pipelines, data models, and data visualizations
Implement data governance and security measures to ensure data integrity and compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CP4D platform
Stay up-to-date with new features and updates on the CP4D platform and identify areas for improvement and optimization
Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions
Collaborate with other developers and team members to ensure consistency and best practices are followed in development processes
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing applications on the IBM Cloud Pak for Data platform
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or IBM Cognos
Familiarity with data governance and security practices
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

IBM Cloud Pak for Data Developer Certification
Experience with data analytics and machine learning techniques
Familiarity with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with DevOps tools and processes
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
