Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers, data scientists, and other developers to define project scope and objectives.
Design and develop AI solutions using IBM Watson technology, including Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery, and Watson Studio.
Utilize natural language processing and machine learning techniques to build conversational interfaces, data analysis tools, and predictive models.
Conduct code reviews and ensure that all code meets coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug any issues with the AI solutions and provide timely resolutions.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Watson technology, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide recommendations on how IBM Watson technology can be leveraged to improve their processes and operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in developing AI solutions.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
In-depth knowledge and experience with IBM Watson technology, including Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery, and Watson Studio.
Experience with natural language processing, machine learning, and data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
