Salary: $107 Per hour

Position Overview: As the Technology Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compliance within our organization. You will work closely with our technology team to ensure that our products and services comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will also collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures, as well as provide training and support to employees to ensure their understanding of compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that encompasses all relevant regulations and standards
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to technology and ensure that our organization is in compliance with them
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement
• Work with the technology team to ensure that all products and services adhere to compliance requirements
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to address any compliance issues or concerns
• Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks
• Provide training and support to employees to ensure their understanding of compliance requirements and their role in maintaining compliance
• Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in compliance to continuously improve our compliance program
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology compliance, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
• Ability to conduct compliance audits and risk assessments, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve compliance issues
• Experience in managing relationships with regulatory bodies is preferred
• Professional certifications in compliance, such as CISA or CISSP, are a plus
