About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Translator to join our dynamic team. As a Translator, you will be responsible for translating written or spoken material from one language to another, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the tone and style of the original content. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality translations for a variety of documents, including but not limited to legal, technical, medical, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate a wide range of documents from source language to target language, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the tone and style of the original content.
• Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand the context and purpose of the documents to be translated.
• Utilize CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tools to improve efficiency and consistency of translations.
• Conduct research to ensure accurate translation of technical and specialized terminology.
• Maintain terminology databases and glossaries to ensure consistency and accuracy in translations.
• Communicate with clients to understand their translation needs and requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Continuously improve translation processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in translation technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Translation or related field.
• Fluency in at least two languages, including English.
• Proven experience as a Translator, preferably in a professional setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both source and target languages.
• Proficient in the use of CAT tools and translation software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in translations.
• Excellent research, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to different writing styles and cultural nuances.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
