Job Description: We are looking for a talented and passionate Video Game Animator to join our team. As a Video Game Animator, you will be responsible for bringing characters, creatures, and objects to life through motion and creating immersive and engaging worlds for our players.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Art Director and the design team to understand the vision for the game and bring it to life through animation.
• Create high-quality and visually appealing animations for characters, creatures, and objects in the game.
• Collaborate with the game designers and programmers to ensure that animations are integrated seamlessly into the game.
• Use motion capture data, keyframe animation, and other techniques to create realistic and fluid movements for characters and objects.
• Constantly research and stay updated on the latest animation trends and techniques in the video game industry.
• Take feedback from the Art Director and other team members and incorporate it into your work to constantly improve the quality of the animations.
• Meet project deadlines and work efficiently while maintaining the high standards of quality set by the company.
• Help in setting up and maintaining the animation pipeline and contribute to the development of new tools and processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Video Game Animator or a similar role in the video game industry.
• Proficient in animation software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Strong understanding of the principles of animation, such as timing, weight, and posing.
• Knowledge of motion capture technology and experience in cleaning and editing motion capture data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other team members.
• Passion for video games and a strong desire to create immersive and engaging experiences for players.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills and creativity.
