Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement VoIP solutions that align with the business needs of our organization.
Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and understand their communication needs.
Develop and maintain VoIP system architecture and documentation.
Evaluate and recommend new VoIP technologies and features to enhance our systems.
Ensure the security and reliability of our VoIP systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VoIP systems.
Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
Train and mentor team members on VoIP systems and best practices.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth integration and support of VoIP systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing VoIP systems.
In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols, codecs, and standards.
Experience with VoIP system architecture and documentation.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security principles.
Familiarity with VoIP call routing and traffic management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with VoIP system integration and migration.
Certifications in VoIP technologies such as Cisco, Avaya, or Microsoft.
Knowledge of cloud-based VoIP solutions.
Experience with VoIP system monitoring and reporting tools.
