Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to our clients on how to effectively use the WordPress platform. As a WordPress Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients understand and utilize the full potential of their website.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training programs on WordPress for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for clients
- Create training materials such as presentations, videos, and user guides
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of each client
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress features and updates
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure a seamless user experience
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Provide feedback to the development team on common user challenges and suggest solutions
- Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance your own skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress development or training
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with building and managing WordPress websites
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Patient and empathetic with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in instructional design and developing training materials
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing is a plus
