Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of frontend applications using modern web technologies such as React, Angular, and Vue.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain frontend architecture and coding standards to ensure consistency and scalability across applications.
Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, providing technical support and fostering their growth and development.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintain best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our applications.
Participate in the hiring process, including interviewing and evaluating candidates for frontend developer positions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance frontend development processes, tools, and technologies.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery of projects.
Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure high-quality and bug-free code.
Troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues, and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.
Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Proven track record of delivering successful projects with complex frontend requirements.
Strong understanding of frontend development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and mobile-first development.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality and user-friendly solutions.
