Salary: $69 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments within the company to understand their data needs and provide them with accurate and actionable reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools
• Create and automate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide them with insights to support business decisions
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data collection and analysis efficiency
• Develop data models and algorithms to support data analysis and reporting
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data mining techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the Information Technology & Services is a plus
