Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of data analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data analysis projects
Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights
Design and maintain data models to support business intelligence and reporting efforts
Conduct in-depth data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations for key stakeholders
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance processes
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance data analysis processes
Mentor and train team members on data analysis techniques and tools
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and technology

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
Experience with data modeling and data visualization
Proven track record of delivering data analysis projects on time and within budget
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Prior experience in the industry is a plus
