Salary: $68 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Data Scientist to join our team. As a Junior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large and complex datasets to drive business insights and decisions. You will work closely with our senior data scientists and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions and contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and clean large and complex datasets from various sources.
• Apply statistical, machine learning, and data mining techniques to analyze and interpret data.
• Create and maintain data models and algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data science to suggest innovative solutions and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, data mining, or statistical modeling.
• Strong knowledge of data mining techniques, such as clustering, regression, and classification.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.) and experience with SQL and data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
