Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Big Data Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Big Data Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our big data infrastructure, as well as designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines. You will work closely with our senior engineers to implement data solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain big data infrastructure using cutting-edge technologies
• Develop and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable data processing
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in big data technologies and tools
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs
• Document data processes and procedures for reference and training purposes
• Continuously improve and optimize existing data processes to enhance performance and scalability
• Support data governance and security initiatives to ensure data integrity and compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in big data development or a similar role
• Strong understanding of big data concepts, tools, and technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala
• Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration concepts
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
