Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute manual test cases based on software requirements
Verify software functionalities and document any deviations from expected results
Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure previous defects have been fixed and new features have not caused any issues
Work closely with the development team to understand software design and functionality
Collaborate with the QA team to identify and troubleshoot complex issues
Participate in software design reviews and provide feedback on potential quality risks
Write and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
Continuously improve and streamline testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Stay updated on industry trends and new testing methodologies to enhance overall testing practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Manual Tester or similar role
In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Experience in creating and executing test cases and test plans
Proficient in using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
ISTQB certification is a plus
