Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists to design, develop and deploy machine learning solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify business needs and develop ML solutions.
Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and models to address complex business problems.
Evaluate and improve existing ML models for accuracy and efficiency.
Develop tools and frameworks to streamline the deployment and monitoring of ML models.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning and apply them to improve our products and services.
Mentor and coach junior team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Proven experience in leading a team of ML engineers and data scientists.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
