Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Lead AI Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of AI engineers in developing cutting-edge AI solutions for our company. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of AI engineers in the development and implementation of AI solutions for our company.
• Define and drive the AI strategy for our company, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases and develop solutions to address them.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies and identify opportunities for their application in our company.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks for use in our projects.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI projects.
• Communicate progress and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing AI solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts, algorithms, and techniques such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, etc.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and AI tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud computing platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects within budget and on time.
