Position Summary: Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead AI Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, design and develop AI models, and deploy them to production. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for implementing AI solutions
• Lead the design and development of AI models, algorithms, and data pipelines
• Implement machine learning techniques and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Develop data pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation
• Work with large datasets and perform data analysis to identify patterns and insights
• Evaluate the performance of AI models and make necessary improvements
• Lead the deployment of AI models to production and ensure their scalability and reliability
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and incorporate them into our solutions
• Mentor and guide junior AI developers in the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing AI solutions
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with data science tools and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
