As the Lead AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our AI products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, designers, and sales, to ensure the success of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies for our AI products in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and improve existing products
- Collaborate with the engineering team to define product requirements, timelines, and project plans
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into product features
- Analyze product metrics and user data to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technology to drive product innovation
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in AI or related field
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI products
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in business
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively to achieve a common goal
