Lobox is seeking a passionate and motivated Junior NLP Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior NLP Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions that will help our company analyze large amounts of unstructured data. You will work closely with our senior NLP engineers and data scientists to design, build, and deploy NLP models and algorithms that will improve our data processing capabilities and enhance our overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize a variety of NLP techniques to extract insights from unstructured data sources such as social media, customer reviews, and other text-based data.
• Develop NLP models that can accurately perform tasks such as sentiment analysis, text classification, and entity recognition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Use machine learning techniques to improve the performance of NLP models.
• Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines to process and analyze text data.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of NLP models, and continuously optimize them to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the NLP field and incorporate them into our solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing concepts such as tokenization, text normalization, and named entity recognition.
• Hands-on experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, and Gensim.
• Experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with data processing tools and technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
