Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities where NLP can add value and improve user experience.
Design, develop, and implement NLP models and algorithms to process and extract insights from large volumes of unstructured data.
Utilize machine learning techniques and statistical models to improve the accuracy and performance of NLP solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of NLP models to identify areas for optimization and refinement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning research and apply them to enhance our existing processes and systems.
Lead and mentor junior NLP engineers, providing guidance and support in developing their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate NLP solutions into our products and services.
Communicate complex technical concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an NLP Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding and experience with NLP techniques and tools such as tokenization, parsing, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Hands-on experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, or Gensim.
Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality and scalable NLP solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
