Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of QA engineers and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and strategies to improve the overall quality of our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to define and execute test plans and strategies.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and report defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Review and analyze product specifications to identify any potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and maintain testing environments and ensure they are up-to-date and configured correctly.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and other testing documentation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve our QA processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and incorporate them into our processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proven experience in leading a team of QA engineers.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and QA methodologies.
• Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
