Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing on various software products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Develop and execute test cases based on project requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report any defects or issues
Document and track test results, and communicate any findings to the development team
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with software products
Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential issues
Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new testing methodologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in manual software testing
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar
Familiarity with agile development processes
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passion for quality and delivering a great user experience
