Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of our mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate with product and design teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and develop mobile applications from the ground up, including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Ensure mobile applications are built using best practices and are optimized for performance and scalability
• Lead a team of mobile app developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical support
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintain coding standards
• Stay updated with the latest mobile app development trends, tools, and technologies and incorporate them into our development process
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identify and implement solutions to improve app performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms
• Proven experience in leading a team of mobile app developers
• Extensive knowledge of mobile app development frameworks, such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin
• Proficient in programming languages like Swift, Objective-C, Java, and Kotlin
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries and APIs
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
