As a Lead Autonomous Systems Engineer at Lobox, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of autonomous systems for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent systems that can function independently without human input. Your role will involve overseeing the entire autonomous systems lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of autonomous systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define system specifications.
• Design and develop algorithms and software for autonomous systems.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and adherence to specifications.
• Oversee the integration of sensors, actuators, and other components into autonomous systems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in autonomous systems technology and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in autonomous systems development.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of autonomous systems technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java.
• Familiarity with simulation tools and software, such as MATLAB and Simulink.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
