Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Research Scientist to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and conducting cutting-edge research in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive the development of advanced AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and develop state-of-the-art AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems in various domains.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI researchers, providing technical guidance and support to achieve project objectives.
• Analyze and evaluate existing AI systems and propose improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in AI and related fields, and apply new techniques and methodologies to research projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to identify business needs and develop AI solutions to address them.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals to contribute to the AI community.
• Continuously review and improve existing AI models and algorithms to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and foster collaborations to drive innovation and advance AI research.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI research, preferably in industry.
• Proven track record of leading and conducting cutting-edge research in AI, with publications in top-tier conferences and journals.
• Strong expertise in AI techniques, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with AI frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring and managing a team of researchers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
