Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AI Research Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Principal AI Research Scientist, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex problems and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI researchers to develop and implement AI solutions for various business needs
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify and understand AI trends, techniques, and algorithms
• Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and tools to solve complex problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop AI solutions that meet those needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into our research and development process
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior AI researchers to foster their growth and development
• Publish research papers and present findings at industry conferences to showcase our company's expertise in AI research
• Build strong relationships with external partners and collaborate on joint research projects
• Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in all AI research and development activities

Requirements:

• PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI research
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI research and development
• Strong knowledge of various AI techniques, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and neural networks
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of AI researchers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong publication record in top-tier conferences and journals
• Experience in patenting AI technologies is a plus
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI technology
