As the Lead ML Researcher, you will be responsible for leading a team of researchers to develop cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and find data-driven solutions using machine learning techniques. Your role will be crucial in driving the direction of our research and innovation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of researchers to develop state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions
• Design and implement experiments to evaluate the performance of machine learning models
• Analyze and interpret data to gain insights and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and incorporate them into our research efforts
• Mentor and coach team members to foster their growth and development
• Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful completion of research projects

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning research and development
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach team members
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and applying them to real-world problems
