Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AI Program Manager to lead our organization's Artificial Intelligence (AI) program. As the Principal AI Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of AI projects across our company. You will work closely with various departments and teams to ensure the successful execution of AI initiatives that align with our business goals and objectives. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI program strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of AI projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities that drive business value and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support the company's AI program.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends, and identify opportunities to enhance our AI capabilities.
• Monitor and report on the progress of AI projects, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
• Develop and manage the AI program budget, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet project goals.
• Communicate with senior management and executive leadership to provide updates on the AI program's progress and impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is preferred.
• Certification in AI, project management, or related fields is a plus.
