Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Lead Data Science Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve overall performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement data strategies, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data strategies to address them.
• Design and implement data models, algorithms, and predictive models to analyze large, complex datasets.
• Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models and uncover insights that drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses to ensure data integrity and accessibility for analysis.
• Communicate complex data insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to inform decision-making processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and techniques to improve processes and outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with data manipulation and visualization tools.
• Experience with data warehousing and SQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve common goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
