Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement information technology systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
Evaluate existing systems and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues, providing proactive solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our systems.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
Maintain data security and integrity by implementing and enforcing security protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Engineer role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS and Azure.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Prior experience in project management is a plus.
