Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect the company's systems and networks.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability tests to identify potential security threats and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
Configure and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and vulnerabilities, and implement necessary measures to prevent them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are considered in the design, development, and implementation of new systems and applications.
Conduct regular security audits to identify and address any gaps in security controls.
Provide training and awareness to employees on cybersecurity best practices.
Participate in incident response and disaster recovery activities as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
Knowledge of network and system security principles, practices, and technologies.
Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are a plus.
