Job Overview: As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge software solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide timely updates to project stakeholders
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve processes and systems
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to other teams within the company
• Communicate project progress, risks, and obstacles to project stakeholders and propose solutions to mitigate them
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and continuous learning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of years of experience in software development, with at least years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with front-end development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA or Trello, is a plus
