Job Title: Cybersecurity Lead

Salary: $247000 - $272000

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cybersecurity Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Cybersecurity Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our company's cybersecurity measures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing cybersecurity initiatives, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the protection of our company's assets and data.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Lead the development and implementation of security incident response plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of our systems and processes.
• Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts, and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Develop and conduct employee training programs on cybersecurity best practices.
• Manage relationships with external security vendors and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Stay informed on current and emerging cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities, and make recommendations for proactive measures.
• Create and maintain documentation of all cybersecurity policies, procedures, and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with 3+ years in a leadership or management position.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and compliance frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS).
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanners.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess potential security risks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
