Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Governance Specialist to join our growing team. As a Data Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance strategies and policies to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of our company's data. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including data analysts, IT professionals, and business leaders, to establish and maintain data governance processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of our company's data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance best practices and standards.
• Monitor and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct data quality assessments and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Experience with data governance tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
