Salary: $115 Per hour

Position Overview: As the Lead Data Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our data analytics team and driving the development and implementation of data-driven solutions. Your role will involve working with large datasets, developing and maintaining data pipelines, and creating visualizations to help our clients make informed business decisions. You will also be responsible for managing a team of data analysts and engineers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and engineers
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges
• Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify data needs
• Analyze large datasets and perform statistical analysis to uncover insights and trends
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation to prepare data for analysis
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and engineering
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize data workflows and increase efficiency
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s or Master���s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics and engineering
• Strong experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience managing a team and leading projects
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) is a plus
