Lobox is seeking a highly skilled AI Ethics Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an AI Ethics Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the ethical framework for our AI systems. You will work closely with our research and development teams to identify potential ethical issues and provide guidance on how to address them. Your expertise will also be crucial in developing policies and procedures to ensure ethical use of our AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on ethical issues related to AI technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential ethical risks in AI systems
• Develop and implement ethical guidelines and policies for the development and use of AI technology
• Provide guidance and training to employees on ethical considerations in AI
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to AI ethics
• Lead efforts to obtain ethical certifications for our AI technology
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI ethics for both internal and external stakeholders
• Foster a culture of ethical decision-making within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of AI ethics
• In-depth knowledge of ethical principles and frameworks related to AI
• Strong understanding of machine learning and other AI technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience
• Proven track record of developing and implementing ethical policies and procedures
• Experience in obtaining ethical certifications for AI technology is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
