Salary: $130 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Ethics Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Lead AI Ethics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company's AI technologies and processes are ethically sound and aligned with our values. You will lead the development and implementation of ethical frameworks, policies, and guidelines for our AI systems, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ethical considerations are integrated into all aspects of our AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain ethical frameworks, policies, and guidelines for our company's AI systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate ethical considerations into all aspects of our AI strategy, including data collection, algorithm development, and model training.
• Conduct ethical impact assessments for new and existing AI initiatives, and provide recommendations for mitigating potential ethical risks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI ethics and regulations, and ensure that our company's AI processes are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of ethical practices across departments and with external partners.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on ethical principles and best practices related to AI.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI ethics, both internally and externally, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI ethics, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of ethical frameworks and principles related to AI.
• Solid knowledge of AI technologies and their ethical implications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing ethical frameworks and guidelines for AI systems.
