Job Title: Knowledge Graph Engineer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $100 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Knowledge Graph Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Knowledge Graph Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our knowledge graph system, which is the backbone of our company's data infrastructure. You will work closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to ensure the accuracy, scalability, and usability of our knowledge graph.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain the knowledge graph system, including data ingestion, storage, and retrieval processes
• Collaborate with data scientists to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data in the knowledge graph
• Implement and maintain data quality checks to ensure the integrity of the knowledge graph
• Develop algorithms and tools to optimize the performance and scalability of the knowledge graph system
• Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Stay updated with the latest developments in knowledge graph technology and incorporate them into our system
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the knowledge graph system in a timely manner
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers on the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with knowledge graph systems
• Strong knowledge of graph databases and graph query languages (e.g. RDF, SPARQL, Gremlin)
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala
• Experience with data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
