Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Federated Learning Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Federated Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex federated learning systems. Your expertise in machine learning, data privacy, and distributed systems will be crucial in driving the success of our federated learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of federated learning systems, including data collection, model training, and model aggregation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in federated learning techniques and technologies.
• Design and implement data privacy protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and protect sensitive user data.
• Develop and maintain documentation for federated learning systems, including technical specifications and user guides.

Requirements:
