As a Junior AI Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge algorithms to optimize the performance of our AI systems. Your main objective will be to continuously improve the efficiency and accuracy of our AI technology, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Design and develop algorithms to optimize the performance of AI systems, including but not limited to machine learning models, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Conduct thorough research and experimentation to identify the most effective optimization techniques for specific AI applications
• Implement and test algorithms on large datasets to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI optimization techniques, incorporating them into our systems when applicable
• Communicate technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Solid knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Pandas, or similar tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
