Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cutting-edge algorithms and techniques to optimize AI performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design AI solutions that meet those needs.
Monitor and analyze AI system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
Continuously evaluate and enhance existing AI models to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in AI optimization and apply them to our systems.
Mentor and guide junior engineers on AI optimization best practices and techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI optimization, with a proven track record of successfully implementing optimization techniques in real-world applications.
In-depth knowledge of various AI algorithms and techniques, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and evolutionary algorithms.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with AI libraries and frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers is a plus.
