We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AI Optimization Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Principal AI Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge algorithms and techniques to optimize our company's AI systems. You will work closely with our team of AI experts to push the boundaries of AI technology and drive innovation in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced algorithms and techniques to optimize AI systems, including but not limited to machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI optimization.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and techniques to continuously improve and enhance our AI systems.
• Analyze and optimize the performance of existing AI models to ensure they meet quality standards and deliver the desired results.
• Develop and maintain tools and frameworks for testing, debugging, and monitoring AI systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in AI optimization, and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI development and optimization, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C++.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with AI technologies and techniques, such as machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with AI optimization tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI optimization projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
